Inspection lane
Request inspections through https://beavercounty.cityinspect.com/, email building@beaver.utah.gov, or call 435-438-6484. Give at least 24 hours' notice; the county says 24-48 hours is usually sufficient, with more notice needed for mountain locations. Required stages can include footings, foundation, underground plumbing/electrical, framing and rough trades, insulation, weather barrier/flashing, drywall or firewall, shower pan, exterior finish, gas piping, service panel, and final inspection. Results are emailed through CityInspect, and occupancy or a change of occupancy is prohibited until a certificate of occupancy is issued.
