Regulatory framework
The code baseline for McCulloch County.
McCulloch County expressly states that it has no zoning requirements. It nevertheless requires county septic/OSSF, culvert, and right-of-way permits and enforces subdivision regulations for unincorporated development, including roads, drainage, utilities, water, wastewater, floodplain assessment, and OSSF provisions. The OSSF program incorporates Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 366 and 30 TAC Chapters 30 and 285. No countywide ICC structural building-code edition was found.
