Regulatory framework
The code baseline for Fannin County.
The county materials identify local OSSF requirements under Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 366 and 30 TAC Chapter 285, plus Fannin County subdivision/development regulations; no general countywide ICC building-code edition was verified.
Inspection lane
Create an account and submit permitting materials and payment through MGO Online. For an OSSF, submit the application, site evaluation, technical/design documents, warranty deed, and required fee; Environmental Development must review them before Authorization to Construct. Confirm the ATC before beginning, then contact the office at least one working day before the required inspection before covering the system; a successful inspection results in Authorization to Operate.
