Contact the municipality where the project is located to identify its UCC official or third-party agency, submit the UCC-3 application and plans, and schedule required inspections. Separately, use the Wyoming County 911/OES development-permit process to determine floodplain and structural-footprint requirements. County subdivision/land-development applications for the 19 county-jurisdiction municipalities go to the Office of Community Planning; four home-rule municipalities receive them locally with county advisory review.
