Inspection lane
Request inspections in the OpenGov public portal or call 336-753-6050. Requests received by 4:30 p.m. are generally scheduled for the next business day, although workload can prevent the next-day goal. The permit holder must post the 911 address and keep plans available at the active job site; concealed work may have to be uncovered, and a Certificate of Occupancy is required before occupancy.
