The county building page lists the 2018 International Building, Residential, Energy Conservation, Swimming Pool and Spa, and Fire Codes; 2018 Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes; and 2017 National Electrical Code. Field sequencing matters

Footings, reinforcement, framing, fireblocking, wiring, piping, insulation, weather protection, and life-safety systems each have points where the work must remain accessible.
