Inspection lane
Call the Osceola County Building Department at (231) 832-6117 and provide at least 24 hours' notice for inspections. Contractors can apply and schedule through BS&A Online after creating a contractor account; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits are separate from the building permit. No work may be concealed before inspection. The process sheet also requires zoning approval where applicable, septic/health approval for qualifying homes or additions, driveway approval, and soil-erosion or floodplain review when applicable.
